All materials are easily edited by color
Displacement is used on some materials, if you have a weak PC, then turn it off while working with the scene and turn it on before rendering. I do not recommend cleaning at all, it can affect the appearance of the material.
Also, some materials use the Corona UVW Randomizer map, which is slightly different on older versions.
