1. Who we are

3DSBlue operates the website https://3dsblue.org/. This Privacy Policy explains how 3DSBlue collects, uses, stores and protects information when people use the website and when an authorized 3DSBlue administrator connects the company-owned Pinterest Business account.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how the website is used, we may collect account information such as name and email address, model and order activity, messages submitted through website forms, payment status supplied by payment providers, and technical records such as IP address, browser information, security events and server logs.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure website accounts, deliver purchased or requested services, process and reconcile payments, answer support requests, prevent abuse, maintain the website and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Pinterest integration

The 3DSBlue Model Publisher is an internal tool used only by authorized 3DSBlue administrators. An administrator connects the company-owned Pinterest Business account through Pinterest OAuth. For each Pin, the administrator reviews the image, title, description, alternative text, destination URL and Board, then explicitly chooses and confirms publication.

The integration uses the Pinterest permissions needed to read the authenticated account and its Boards and to create Pins. It stores OAuth access and refresh tokens securely on the 3DSBlue server. It does not collect the Pinterest password, does not access unrelated Pinterest accounts, and does not use Pinterest data for advertising, profiling, sale or AI training.

5. Sharing and service providers

We share information only when needed with infrastructure, email, payment, security and social-platform providers that help operate the service, or when required by law. Pinterest processes information under its own terms and privacy policy when the Pinterest integration is used.

6. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, accounting and legal requirements. We apply access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, although no online system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and requests

Users may request access, correction or deletion of their personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. The Pinterest connection can be revoked from Pinterest account settings. An authorized administrator may also ask 3DSBlue to disconnect Pinterest and delete the stored OAuth tokens.

8. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The current version and its last-updated date will remain available on this page.
