If you have a plugin ->FloorGenerator, you can also create your own unique flooring and apply this material to it. The main thing is that the length and width of the boards of your floor covering is close in proportion to our model, the texture can begin to stretch or flatten.

Note:
• For Corona renderer it is recommended to install version no lower than 1.5, since the value of "glossiness" of materials is adjusted taking into account PBR.
• For V-Ray versions lower than 3.1, be careful, in the materials in the BRDF section there is Microfaset GTR (GGX), if your version is older than 3.1, then the BRDF field will be empty.
