Custom Sand & Sea compositions contain delicately suspended clear crystal and moongold ripples arranged to create bespoke sculptural installations.
Inspired by the shared forms of dunes and waves, Sand & Sea was designed to evoke the textures of these landscapes and their natural meeting point. Individual ripples are formed from crystal glass, which was chosen for its aesthetic clarity and inherent narrative driven links to the elements being portrayed.

Custom Sand & Sea commissions range from feature lighting in residential projects to large scale installations inhabiting entire rooms in commercial interiors.Our in-house designers collaborate with client's design teams on the compositions to create narrative driven designs with intrinsic links to their physical and emotional environments.

As part of the design process each composition is lit using carefully positioned downlights activating a complex naturalistic lighting effect involving reflections and refractions.

Clear crystal and moongold ripples are delicately suspended either from minimal ceiling plates or from custom fixings as the project specifics require.
