In the archive: max 2014 Corona + V-Ray, fbx, folder with textures.
For moss, the Hair & Fur modifier was used. Units of measurement - mm. The modifier is on the stack, but turned off; enable it before rendering. There is no moss in fbx. Screenshot with moss settings in the archive.
On succulents, the Turbosmooth modifier is turned off.
In the V-Ray materials in the BRDF section there is a Microfaset GTR (GGX), if your version is older than 3.1, then choose Blinn, Phong or Ward - which is preferable for you.
