Textures are seamless, tiling is not striking even on large areas. All textures, maps and materials have logical names in English. Texture paths removed. You can edit tiles separately from gravel using the Mask texture. The Displacement slot is off - turn it on if necessary, remembering to turn off Normal. All my materials (of the same type) are unified with each other: you can replace or supplement one material with another, being sure that the color and texture will match exactly. ATTENTION!

The archive does not contain tile geometry and gravel geometry: You purchase a set of textures and customized materials. The .max files have simple Planes with materials overlaid on them.

Who works in a V-Ray version lower than 3.1, be careful, in the materials in the BRDF section there is Microfaset GTR (GGX), if your version is older than 3.1, then the BRDF field will be empty. Choose Blinn, Phong or Ward - which is preferable for you. For Corona Render, it is recommended to install at least version 1.5, since the Glossiness of the materials is adjusted with PBR in mind.
